Debbie Wasserman Schultz isn’t having a good week, but before it went south, she talked a little trash.
The day the Republican National Convention kicked off, Schultz tweeted to Reince Priebus, the chair of the RNC:
Hey @Reince – I’m in Cleveland if you need another chair to help keep your convention in order. #RNCinCLE
— D Wasserman Schultz (@DWStweets) July 18, 2016
It’s screenshotted below, just in case she deletes it:
Eerily, one Twitter user even responded by saying she would regret it “next week”:
@DWStweets @Reince you’re going to regret this tweet next week

In the last 72 hours:
WikiLeaks has revealed that Wasserman Schultz was pushing for Hillary to win the Democratic nomination and that she couldn’t stand Bernie Sanders.
First, Sanders called for Wasserman Schultz to step down. Then, it was announced that she won’t be acting as chair at the DNC Convention this week. In fact, the backlash was enough to prompt her to announce her resignation as chairman of the Democratic National Committee.
Schultz has been the Chairman of the DNC since 2011.
Now, she will be working as an honorary chair for Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
Will she need help keeping her convention in order? We’ll find out. Protests are expected during the DNC, as Bernie supporters are outraged by the email revelations. In addition, Black Lives Matter and related groups have vowed to have a presence at the DNC, and it being a meeting of Democrats, some disarray has to be expected.
So, as a Twitter user put it in response to this seeing her tweet:

The DNC starts Monday, and runs through Thursday.
